  • Method of sending the biopsy to our lab: two cores of adequate length (1.5 to 2cm) from a 16G needle in 10% neutral buffered formalin and Michel's transport medium.
  • The renal biopsy kit containing the fixatives will be provided from our lab.
  • 2.5% buffered glutaraldehyde for electron microscopy will be provided at request.
  • Samples are received 24x7 on all days.
